event payments are to be sent to the IG-PTC
To make sure that your
payment is processed correctly we ask that you follow these
guidelines:
Guidelines:
1. All checks should be
made payable to the "Indian Grove PTC"
2. Place
your check or cash along with the completed form in a
SEALED envelope.
3. Mark the envelope
clearly with the name of the event or fundraiser |
